本文叙述了以次生原材料为基础的两种新合金 B95-1和 AMM 的一般性能。以 Al-Cu-Mg-Zn 系为基础制备了 B95-1合金,并根据化学成分和一系列的性能研究了工业生产的次生合金1和 B95-2之间的中间状态。B95-1合金的化学成分,其主要的合金组元如下(%):1~3Cu;0.6~2.6Mg;0.8~2.0Zn。与1合金相比,新合金的镁和锌含量较高。在合金1中,锌的杂质为0.7%,而在 B95-1合金中锌则是合金组元。
This article describes the general properties of two new alloys, B95-1 and AMM, based on secondary raw materials. Based on the Al-Cu-Mg-Zn system, the B95-1 alloy was prepared and the intermediate state between the secondary alloys 1 and B95-2 was studied according to the chemical composition and a series of properties. B95-1 alloy chemical composition, the main alloy components are as follows (%): 1 ~ 3Cu; 0.6 ~ 2.6Mg; 0.8 ~ 2.0Zn. Compared with 1 alloy, the new alloy magnesium and zinc content is higher. In Alloy 1, the impurity of zinc is 0.7% whereas in B95-1 the zinc is the alloy element.
