可靠性是导弹武器装备重要战术技术指标,导弹武器装备的可靠性优化能够起到节约研制成本、提高装备性能的作用,对导弹武器装备的研制工作具有重要意义。针对费用和质量约束下的导弹装备可靠性优化问题,建立了通用的可靠性优化数学模型,并采用动态规划方法进行求解。通过对某型导弹前舱可靠性设计的优化分析,验证了方法的有效性,同时表明建立的数学模型能够解决部件费用、质量与备用元件数不成正比关系的系统可靠性优化问题,因此具有更广泛的适用性。
