After September 11, the world economy was in a state of stagnation. Only when China’s economy thrived and still maintained its momentum of rapid growth, attracted more and more multinational corporations to come to China to invest and build factories, setting off another round of investment climax. Most of the Fortune 500 companies have entered China and China is hailed as a growing global manufacturing center. The rise of China’s manufacturing industry is a process of redistricting labor in Asia and even in the world according to its comparative advantages. Developed countries such as the United States and Japan all benefit greatly. From a regional point of view, the three major manufacturing bases in the Pearl River Delta, the Yangtze River Delta and the Northeast China are striving to compete for the transfer of the world’s processing industry.
