将缺失3′末端非编码区的人αD型干扰素基因组与Ⅰ型疱疹疾病tk基因分别连接到pBR325上,重组成质粒pZZ,后者转化小鼠Ltk~-细胞,所获 Ltk~+细胞经NDV 诱生后可分泌人α干扰素。结果表明,人αD型干扰素基因的3′端非编码区对其表达并非必需。
The human αD interferon genome and the type Ⅰ herpes simplex tk gene without 3 ’terminal non-coding region were ligated into pBR325 and recombined into plasmid pZZ, which transformed mouse Ltk ~ - cells. The obtained Ltk ~ + cells NDV can secrete human interferon alpha after induction. The results showed that the human αD interferon gene 3 ’non-coding region of its expression is not necessary.
