在构建全国科技创新中心、疏解非首都功能及打造“高精尖”经济结构的发展背景下,从企业技术创新角度探讨北京主导产业选择,具有一定现实意义。本文基于比较优势理论,利用随机前沿分析法对北京地区31个工业行业2010-2014年的技术创新效率进行测度,依据测度数值进行了高、中、低的排序分析。研究发现,部分行业基于专利产出的原始创新能力和基于新产品产出的成果转化能力之间并不协调,高技术产业技术创新综合效率明显优于其他行业。建议区域主导产业选择要综合考虑产业的原始创新能力和成果转化能力,同时,北京应着力培育高技术产业,主动引领产业链条扩散、对接、整合,实现区域产业发展互补互促,做大做强优势产业集群。
Under the background of constructing a national science and technology innovation center, dissolving non-capital functions, and building a “precise and sophisticated” economic structure, it is of practical significance to explore the selection of Beijing’s leading industries from the perspective of corporate technological innovation. Based on the comparative advantage theory, this paper uses stochastic frontier analysis to measure the technological innovation efficiency of 31 industrial sectors in Beijing from 2010 to 2014, and carries out high, medium, and low ranking analysis based on the measured values. The study found that some industries are not coordinated with each other based on the original innovation capability of patent output and the ability to transform results based on new product output. The overall efficiency of technological innovation in high-tech industries is obviously better than that of other industries. It is suggested that the regional leading industries should choose comprehensive consideration of the industry’s original innovation capabilities and achievements transformation capabilities. At the same time, Beijing should focus on cultivating high-tech industries, and actively lead the proliferation, jointing, and integration of industrial chains to achieve mutual promotion and mutual promotion of regional industry development, and to become bigger and stronger. Advantageous industrial clusters.
