目的了解武汉市农药中毒发生情况,为制定农药中毒防治策略提供科学依据。方法将武汉市2007-2011年各区农药中毒数据录入Excel,采用SPSS 11.5软件进行统计学分析。结果 5年来武汉市共发生农药中毒2 867例,死亡106例,病死率3.70%,其中生产性中毒1 328例,占46.32%,死亡2例;非生产性中毒1 539例,占53.68%,死亡104例。生产性中毒主要集中在第3季度,有较明显的季节性。引起中毒的主要原因是生产性自用和非生产性自服,引起死亡的主要原因是非生产性误服和自服。中毒者的平均年龄为45.86岁,30~59岁年龄组发病比例最高,占66.00%。引起农药中毒的主要是杀虫剂,占68.60%,且以敌敌畏、对硫磷、甲胺磷3种高毒有机磷类为主。结论农药中毒严重威胁着居民的健康,应引起社会和政府部门的高度关注,积极加强农药中毒的预防和管理。
Objective To understand the occurrence of pesticide poisoning in Wuhan and to provide scientific evidence for the prevention and control of pesticide poisoning. Methods Data of pesticide poisoning in various districts of Wuhan from 2007 to 2011 were entered into Excel and analyzed by SPSS 11.5 software. Results A total of 2 667 cases of pesticide poisoning occurred in Wuhan in the past five years, with 106 deaths and a case fatality rate of 3.70%. Among them, 1 328 were productive toxents (46.32%) and 2 died, 1 539 (53.68%) were unproductive poisonings, 104 cases of death. Productive poisoning is mainly concentrated in the third quarter, there is a more obvious seasonal. The main causes of poisoning are productive and unproductive self-sufficiency. The main cause of death is unproductive and self-serving. The average age of poisoning was 45.86 years, the highest incidence of age group 30 to 59, accounting for 66.00%. Pesticide poisoning was the main cause of pesticide poisoning, accounting for 68.60% of the total, with three kinds of highly toxic organophosphorus such as dichlorvos, parathion and methamidophos being dominant. Conclusions Pesticide poisoning seriously threatens the health of residents and should arouse the attention of the society and government departments, and actively strengthen the prevention and management of pesticide poisoning.
