目的:探析移动消融技术在微波消融治疗甲状腺良性结节中的应用价值。方法:选择我院2015年1月至2016年10月期间收治的80例甲状腺良性结节患者为观察对象,根据治疗方法不同均分为两组,即固定组(n=40)、移动组(n-40)。固定组患者给予固定针微波消融治疗,移动组患者给予移动针微波消融治疗,对两组患者的消融范围、单位体积消融时间及完全消融率进行统计对比。结果:移动组患者消融范围明显大于固定组患者,单位体积消融时间明显短于对照组患者,完全消融率明显高于对照组患者,组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在甲状腺良性结节消融治疗中应用移动消融技术的临床价值非常高,可明显增大消融范围,缩短单位体积消融时间,提高完全消融率,是一种值得临床推广与应用的治疗方法。
Objective: To explore the application of mobile ablation in the treatment of benign thyroid nodules by microwave ablation. Methods: Eighty patients with benign thyroid nodules who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to October 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods: fixed group (n = 40), mobile group (n = n-40). The patients in the fixed group were given microwave ablation. The patients in the mobile group were given microwave ablation by moving needle. The range of ablation, the time of unit volume ablation and the complete ablation rate were compared statistically. Results: The range of ablation in the mobile group was significantly larger than that in the fixed group. The ablation time per unit volume was significantly shorter than that in the control group. The complete ablation rate was significantly higher in the control group than in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The clinical value of mobile ablation in the treatment of benign thyroid nodules ablation is very high, which can obviously increase the scope of ablation, shorten the time of unit volume ablation and improve the complete ablation rate. It is a treatment method worthy of clinical promotion and application.
