交叉性瘫痪是一种表现为一侧上肢和对侧下肢运动障碍的特殊类型的瘫痪.临床上很少见.作者报告一例.患者男性27岁,1977年10月因交通事故受伤,当时仅有短时间意识丧失和右肩胛部疼痛.第四日行走时右足摇晃,第十日排便后突起右上肢和两下肢瘫痪不能行走.此后肌力逐渐恢复,2个月后可以扶杖行走.79年3月只有左下肢轻度无力.同年11月左下肢无力加剧,有时还出现枕部疼痛.80年1月24日晚饭后突然剧烈枕部痛和呕吐,继而右上肢麻木,两下肢瘫痪.3日后右下肢瘫痪恢复,但左下肢加剧,呈痉挛性伸展位.家族史无特殊.23岁时行肋骨位置异常整复术.
