目的:研究系统性红斑狼疮患者血清中趋化因子CXCL家族的含量及其临床意义。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法检测SLE患者和健康体检者血清中CXCL9、CXCL10、CXCL11、CXCL13、CXCL16的含量,采用流式细胞术检测外周血中CXCR3、CXCR5、CXCR6的含量,进一步分析不同活动程度以及临床特征SLE患者血清指标的差异。结果:病理组血清中CXCL9、CXCL10、CXCL11、CXCL13、CXCL16的含量及外周血中CD3+CD4+CXCR3+T细胞、CD3+CD4+CXCR5+T细胞、CD3+CD4+CXCR6+T细胞的含量高于对照组;SLE活动组CXCLs和CXCRs的表达量高于SLE非活动组;蝶形红斑以及口腔溃疡SLE患者血清中CXCL9、CXCL10、CXCL11含量明显升高,贫血和蛋白尿SLE患者血清中CXCL13、CXCL16含量升高,关节炎SLE患者血清中CXCL10、CXCL11、CXCL16含量升高。结论:系统性红斑狼疮患者血清中趋化因子CXCL9、CXCL10、CXCL11、CXCL13、CXCL16的含量明显升高,并且与疾病的活动程度以及临床特征密切相关。
Objective: To study the serum levels of chemokine CXCL in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus and its clinical significance. Methods: The levels of CXCL9, CXCL10, CXCL11, CXCL13 and CXCL16 in serum of SLE patients and healthy volunteers were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The levels of CXCR3, CXCR5 and CXCR6 in peripheral blood were detected by flow cytometry. Degree and clinical features of SLE patients with serum markers. Results: The contents of CXCL9, CXCL10, CXCL11, CXCL13 and CXCL16 in the serum of the pathological group and the content of CD3 + CD4 + CXCR3 + T cells, CD3 + CD4 + CXCR5 + T cells and CD3 + CD4 + CXCR6 + T cells in peripheral blood were high In the control group, the expression of CXCLs and CXCRs in SLE activity group was higher than those in SLE inactive group. The contents of CXCL9, CXCL10 and CXCL11 in the patients with butterfly erythema and oral ulcer SLE were significantly increased. The levels of CXCL13, CXCL16 content increased, the serum of patients with arthritis SLE CXCL10, CXCL11, CXCL16 increased. Conclusion: The levels of chemokines CXCL9, CXCL10, CXCL11, CXCL13 and CXCL16 in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus are significantly increased, and are closely related to the degree of disease activity and clinical features.
