针对潞新矿区浅部巷道支护中部分材料使用不合理、支护密度大、可靠性差等问题,采用高预应力支护理论,适当提升材料强度、优化支护参数、提高锚固可靠性,运用多方案数值模拟确定支护参数。在二矿E4401回风巷进行了现场试验,矿压监测表明,优化支护后在支护密度大幅降低的情况下,巷道变形很小,成巷速度加快。
In view of the unreasonable use of some materials in shallow laneway support in Luxin mining area, the large support density and the poor reliability, the paper adopts the theory of high prestressed support to enhance the material strength properly, optimize the support parameters and improve the reliability of anchorage.
