自焙槽湿法净化的回收料是氧化铝、固体氟化盐、再生冰晶石、碳和焦油沥青等多种成分的混合料。采用塔内合成流程时,回收料中含碳及焦油沥青高达30~35%(其中焦油沥青为2~3%),整个物料呈灰黑色。这样的混合料直接返回电解槽使用,目前还有一定的困难。如何提高回收料的质量,真正达到“化害为利、综合利用”的目的,是推广湿法净化工艺的一个关键问题。为了提高回收料的质量,必须把碳和焦油沥青分离出去。其分离方法目前国内外尚无成
