报告采用接触式激光行经尿道前列腺切除术30例,29例排尿通畅,显效率达96.7％。文中就接触式激光切除前列腺有关问题进行讨论,并提出汽化切除包括中叶的30％～40％增生前列腺的标准。
Reported the use of contact laser transurethral resection of the prostate in 30 cases, 29 cases of voiding patency, markedly effective rate of 96.7%. The paper discusses the related problems of contact laser resection of the prostate and proposes the standard of vaporization to remove the prostate, which includes 30% ~ 40% of middle leaves.
