为了研究脑缺血损伤后的生化改变及其临床意义,采用线结扎兔颈动脉法建立兔脑缺血模型,A组(n=5)结扎双侧颈动脉;B组(n=5)结扎单侧颈动脉,30min时松开结扎线使颈动脉再灌流;C组(n=5)为假结扎组。结果:3组动物中,A组兔全部死亡,B组和C组兔全部成活;后2组相比,B组兔脑脊液分泌量减少,麻醉苏醒延迟,术后24h时有神经缺失体征。提示:结扎兔单侧颈动脉可制成不完全脑缺血模型
In order to study the biochemical changes after cerebral ischemia injury and its clinical significance, a rabbit model of cerebral ischemia was established by ligating rabbit carotid arteries. A (n = 5) ligated bilateral carotid arteries in group B (n = 5) Unilateral carotid artery, the ligature was released at 30 min to reperfusion the carotid artery; group C (n = 5) was ligated. Results: In group A, all rabbits in group A died and rabbits in groups B and C all survived. Compared with the latter two groups, cerebrospinal fluid secretion of rabbits in group B was decreased, anesthesia was delayed and awake at 24 hours after operation. Tip: unilateral ligation of rabbit carotid artery can be made incomplete cerebral ischemia model
