本文建立了同时测定喷漆和印刷作业场所空气中常见14种有机化合物的毛细管气相色谱法。用活性炭管采集喷漆和印刷作业场所的空气,用二硫化碳溶剂解吸后解吸液进样,经Supelco Nukol TM毛细管色谱柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测。结果显示,14种有机化合物的检出限为0.039~0.21 ng(进样1μl);其相关系数为0.9996~0.9999;方法的重现性好,相对标准偏差为0.36%~5.12%;解吸效率为76.9%~101.7%;样品在活性炭管中至少可稳定保存7 d。该方法快速、灵敏、准确,适用于同时测定共存于喷漆和印刷作业场所空气中多种有毒有害物质。
In this paper, capillary gas chromatography was developed for the simultaneous determination of 14 common organic compounds in the air of paint and printing sites. The activated carbon tube was used to collect the air from the paint and print jobs. The desorbed solution was desorbed from the carbon disulfide solvent and injected on a Supelco Nukol ™ capillary column for detection by a hydrogen flame ionization detector. The results showed that the detection limits of the 14 organic compounds ranged from 0.039 to 0.21 ng (1 μL injection) and the correlation coefficient was 0.9996 to 0.9999. The reproducibility of the method was good with the relative standard deviation of 0.36% -5.12%. The desorption efficiency was 76.9% ~ 101.7%. The sample can be stored stably for at least 7 days in the activated carbon tube. The method is rapid, sensitive and accurate and suitable for the simultaneous determination of a variety of toxic and hazardous substances in the air coexisting in painting and printing sites.
