过氧化物酶增殖物激活受体(PPAR)是一类依赖配体活化的核转录因子,调控多种基因表达。大量研究证实,PPAR可通过多种炎性信号转导途径,如NF-κB、AP-1、STAT途径等发挥抗炎作用,同时对急性肺损伤具有保护作用。作者就PPAR的结构、配体、活性调节,以及配体抗炎作用机制和对急性肺损伤的保护作用作一综述。 Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPAR) is a class of ligand-activated nuclear transcription factors that regulate a variety of gene expression. A large number of studies have confirmed that PPAR can exert anti-inflammatory effects through a variety of inflammatory signal transduction pathways such as NF-κB, AP-1, STAT pathway and the like, and at the same time, it has a protective effect on acute lung injury. The authors reviewed the structure, ligand, activity regulation of PPAR, the anti-inflammatory mechanism of ligand and the protective effect on acute lung injury.
