在生产实践中,由于粉磨物料的自然条件变化较大,所以磨机的主要设计技术参数达不到应有的指标,满足不了实际的要求。因此,有些工厂对定型的磨机不得不进行二次改造,包括对磨机衬板布局的探索与研究。实现高产低耗、节约能源是水泥厂的共同目的。现在,有些水泥厂试用交叉布置的衬板,取得了满意的效果。一、衬板种类及其使用为了更好地粉磨物料,衬板的结构和布局对研磨体的运动状况及排列状况都有明显的影响,并直接决定着磨机的技术经济指标。因此近一时期来,国内、外的一些厂家都很重视有关衬板方面的研究,并取得了定的效果。目前,已被采用的磨机衬板种类很多,主要有:梯形衬板、波形衬板、凸棱衬板、平形衬板、分级衬板及橡胶衬板等。
