社会网研究中的求职群体内生异质性

社会网对求职效果的研究较少关注求职者的异质性。通过使用JSNET 2014和CLDS 2014数据,在区分恒职者与换职者的基础上,进一步将换职者分成低薪换职者和高薪换职者,并使用共现分析、多元线性回归模型和有限混合模型来详细分析换职者群体的内部异质性。研究结果显示,恒职者在寻找初职中,社会网络使用程度高于低薪换职者和高薪换职者,而高薪换职者无论初职还是现职,求职中的社会网络使用程度均高于低薪换职者。然而,在求职效果上,社会网络对低薪换职者收入的影响更为显著。 Social network job search effect less concerned about the heterogeneity of job seekers. Based on the data of JSNET 2014 and CLDS 2014, on the basis of distinguishing between permanent staff and job-seekers, the change of job-seekers is further divided into low-wage job-seekers and high-paying job-changers. Co-occurrence analysis, multivariate linear regression model and Finite mixed model to analyze in detail the internal heterogeneity of job-seekers. The results show that the permanent job seekers in the first job, the use of social networking is higher than the low-wage job-seekers and high-paying job-changers, and high-paying job-seekers, both initial and current job seekers in the use of social networks are high Low-wage changers. However, on the effect of job search, social networks have a more significant impact on the earnings of low-wage job-seekers.
