目的:探讨孕妇产后血液高凝状态下血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)及降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的水平变化及临床意义。方法:选取2012年1月~2014年1月于杭州玛莉亚妇产医院妇产科住院分娩的70例单胎初产妇作为研究对象,按照产妇血液是否处于高凝状态将患者分为观察组(40例)与对照组(30例)。测定产妇血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)、ET-1与CGRP水平。结果:与对照组比较,观察组血浆PT明显缩短,ET-1水平明显升高,CGRP水平明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组PT与ET-1水平呈负相关(r=-0.71,P<0.05),与CGRP水平呈正相关(r=0.76,P<0.05)。结论:ET-1及CGRP共同参与孕妇产后血液高凝的病理生理过程,对两者进行联合检测能够作为检测孕妇产后并发症的重要指标。
Objective: To investigate the changes and clinical significance of plasma endothelin-1 (ET-1) and calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) levels in postpartum hypercoagulable pregnant women. Methods: From January 2012 to January 2014, 70 cases of singleton primiparous women who were hospitalized in the obstetrics and gynecology department of Hangzhou Maria Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected as research objects. Patients were divided into observation group according to whether maternal blood was hypercoagulable (40 cases) and control group (30 cases). Maternal plasma prothrombin time (PT), ET-1 and CGRP levels were measured. Results: Compared with the control group, the plasma PT in the observation group was significantly shortened, ET-1 level was significantly increased, CGRP levels were significantly lower (P <0.05), and the PT and ET-1 levels in the observation group were negatively correlated (r = -0.71, P <0.05), and positively correlated with CGRP level (r = 0.76, P <0.05). Conclusion: Both ET-1 and CGRP participate in the pathophysiological process of postpartum blood hypercoagulation in pregnant women. Combined detection of ET-1 and CGRP can be used as an important index to detect postpartum complications in pregnant women.
