采用无损探伤方法,选取新旧2种工艺带内表面缺陷的TA16钛合金管管材进行轴向应力控制的高周疲劳试验。新工艺管内壁缺陷宽而平滑,旧工艺管内壁缺陷呈裂纹或锯齿状。超声检测结果表明,25%~90%的旧工艺TA16管的疲劳寿命在1×10~5次~6×10~5次;新工艺管材的疲劳寿命均在10~6次以上。分析表明,高周疲劳断口无法直接观察疲劳裂纹源,但裂纹扩展方向由管内壁向外壁发展,说明管的表面状态对材料的疲劳性能有一定的影响。
The nondestructive testing method was used to select the high-cycle fatigue test of axial stress control of TA16 titanium alloy pipe with two kinds of internal and external surface defects. New process tube wall defects wide and smooth, the old pipe wall defects were cracked or serrated. The results of ultrasonic testing show that the fatigue life of TA16 tube in 25% ~ 90% old process is 1 × 10 ~ 5 times to 6 × 10 ~ 5 times. The fatigue life of new process pipe is above 10 ~ 6 times. The analysis shows that the fatigue crack source can not be directly observed by the high-cycle fatigue fracture, but the crack propagation direction develops from the inner wall to the outer wall, indicating that the surface condition of the pipe has a certain influence on the fatigue properties of the material.
