借助美国道路通行能力手册(HCM2000)中提供的道路交通干线协调控制优化算法模型,以及交通信号协调及配时设计软件Synchro,并据此对淮海中路一线进行了干线协调控制优化。结果表明:(1)干线协调控制能够有效提高城市干道通行能力,依据结果进行干线联控优化后,车均延误降低16.38%,平均车速提高12.50%,行程耗时减少13.88%;(2)随着有单电控制向干线协调控制的优化,燃料消耗及污染物排放都能显著减少,对应结果表明,干线协调控制后燃料消耗及污染物排放均可减少约10%。由此可对城市干道协调控制研究提供参考,并可对节能减排实现定量分析。
With the model of road traffic trunk coordination control optimization algorithm provided in HCM2000 and Synchro of traffic signal coordination and timing design software, the trunk line coordination control optimization of Huai-Zhong Road is carried out. The results show that: (1) The main line coordination control can effectively improve the capacity of the urban trunk road. After the optimization of the main line control, the average delay of the vehicle is reduced by 16.38%, the average speed is increased by 12.50% and the travel time is reduced by 13.88%. (2) With the optimization of coordinated control of single electricity control to the main line, the fuel consumption and pollutant emissions can be significantly reduced. The corresponding results show that the fuel consumption and pollutant emissions can be reduced by about 10% after the coordinated control of the main line. It can provide a reference for the research on coordinated control of urban roads, and can achieve quantitative analysis of energy conservation and emission reduction.
