Cable-in-conduit conductors(CICC)structure is designed for ITER superconducting magnets, and the austenitic stainless steel is the leading candidate of jacket materials. In this paper,TEM and SEM with EBSD are used to study the deformation behavior of 316LN austenitic stainless steel deformed at cryogenic temperature. The deformation behavior with small strain at cryogenic temperature is studied using a self-designed tensile machine for TEM samples. And the deformation behavior with large strain is studied by using standard tensile specimens which are fractured at 4.2K and room temperature.
