  Background:Soft tissue sarcomas(STSs)are a group of rare neoplasms of mesenchymal origin and account for approximately for 1.5%of all human malignancies.Programmed death ligand-1(PD-L1)functions as a negative mediator of immune response through different pathways in anti-tumor immunity.PD-L1 expression and its impact on the prognosis of patients with STS are still unknown in the limited reports.
