目的探讨目前山东省职业健康监护主检医师现状及培训需求,并提出改进措施。方法对参加2013年职业健康监护主检医师培训的173人进行自制问卷调查,共收回有效问卷159份,对培训人员及考核情况进行整理、汇总、分析。结果不同性质单位的年工作量是有差别的(P<0.05),疾控内设机构和综合医院是开展职业健康监护的主力军;不同单位仪器设备配置也是有差别的(P<0.05),疾控内设机构对职业健康查体仪器设备的需求更为迫切;不同性质单位所拥有的具有职业健康监护资质者数以及具有主检医师资质者数差别比较明显(P<0.05),具有职业健康监护资质和主检医师资质者主要分布在专职职防机构;学员对培训总体满意,但尚有待改进。结论全省存在职业健康监护主检医师缺乏的问题,但各级职防机构有规范化培训的需求,在今后的培训中应进一步变革培训形式,开发更有成效的培训教材,丰富培训内容,以进一步提高培训的质量。
Objective To explore the current status and training needs of primary medical examiners in occupational health care in Shandong Province and to propose improvement measures. Methods A total of 173 self-made questionnaires were collected from 173 participants who participated in the training of occupational health examiners in 2013. A total of 159 valid questionnaires were collected and the trainees and examinations were collated, collected and analyzed. Results There were differences in the annual workload of different types of units (P <0.05). The internal control institutions and general hospitals were the main force for occupational health monitoring. The equipment allocation of different units was also different (P <0.05) The requirements of occupational health examination equipment are more urgent for institutions with disease control. The number of persons with different occupational health monitoring qualifications and those with qualifications of primary examiners is obviously different (P <0.05) Health guardianship qualification and the main examiner qualifications are mainly distributed in full-time job prevention agencies; trainees are generally satisfied with the training, but still need to be improved. Conclusion There is a lack of occupational health monitoring physicians in the province, but there is a need for standardization training at all levels. In the future training, we should further change the forms of training, develop more effective training materials and enrich training content. Further improve the quality of training.
