chemiluminescence enzyme immunoassay(CLEIA)is a fast, high sensitivity and effective way of detecting antigen or antibody in clinical diagnostics. And it is also a significance of potential assay for early detection of disease. However, most current methods have technical difficulties(such as high-cost and time-consumption)in point of care test(POCT).Here,we developed a simple, fast, and low cost method to detect the human immunoglobulin(IgG),which as a model antibody.A sandwich immunoassay has been utilized with HPR-labed antibody.Chemically modified beads were used as carried of the reaction to capture the target. The CL substrate to generate optical signals. In our proof-of principle study,we can detect the human IgG at a concentration of 50 pg/ml within 30 min. Results show that our assay can be a potential assay to enable POCT especially in the remote and resource-poor countries.
