Peer Influence on User Recommendation in Mobile Social Network

  User recommendation in mobile social network has become one of the most important channels for consumers to know and accept products.Existed studies mainly focused on explaining why users are willing to recommend products and services.In the social network context, more important and interested question is how and why recommendation behaviors transmit from one to one hundred in social networks.This paper intends to investigate peer influence on user recommendation based on the value, satisfaction and loyalty framework.We find that peer authority is positive related to both customer value and satisfaction of focal user.Tie strength also has positive association with customer value, but it is not significantly related to satisfaction of focal user.
