  Backgroud: MicroRNAs are a class of endogenous non-coding small RNA, which can regulate gene expression through specific degradation of mRNAs or inhibiting its translation in post-transcriptional levels.MicroRNA let-7 family was first discovered in C.elegans where it regulates development, cellular proliferation and differentiation.Our previous study indicates that let-7f decrease in miscarriage decidua.Therefore, we hypothesize that let-7f is likely to involve in early pregnancy maintenance by regulating the expression of insulin-like growth factor 2 mRNA binding protein 1 (IGF2BP-1).
