Due to public concerns about transgenic organisms, it is necessary to establish valid protocols for constructing vectors with safety and expression efficiency.In present study, follistain (FST) gene expression vectors with either only bicistron gene transfer body or a MAR carried-bicistron gene transfer body were constructed and respectively transfected to bovine fetal fibroblasts.
