  The successful cancer chemotherapy relies on the development of smart nanocarriers that are highly stable in circulation,preferentially accumulate in the tumor,are selectively taken up by cancerous cells,and quickly release drugs inside the target cells [1].To this end,we have developed galactose-decorated photo-crosslinked pH-sensitive degradable micelles (Gal-CLMs) by co-selfassembly of poly(ethylene glyeol)-b-poly(mono-2,4,6-trimethoxy benzylidene-pentaerythritol carbonate-co-acryloyl carbonate) (PEG-b-P(TMBPEC-co-AC) and Gal-PEG-b-polyε-caprolactone)(Gal-PEG-b-PCL) for active targeting chemotherapy of hepatoma in vivo [2].
