In this paper,we discuss the effect on the performance of the drivers on a car platform by analyzing the real data of the number of trips which completed by the drivers when there are different reward types(hedonic reward and practical reward)in the sharing economy.The study found that: in the sharing economy,practical rewards have more significant impact on improving the performance of drivers than hedonic rewards.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the enterprises in the sharing economy when they make the incentive plan.
