A method was described for the determination of matrix effect of chloramphenicol in milk powder by isotope dilution mass spectrometry（IDMS）.The interference factors of matrix effect between CAP and CAP-D5 have studied related to the sample pretreated methods,the dilution multiple of matrix,the composition of mobile phase and dilution solvent.
