  Rapeseed biodiesel as material, metal samples corrosion characteristic of different proportions of 0# diesel and biodiesel at the room temperature were studied.The experimental results show that metal samples are corrupted by different proportions of 0# diesel and biodiesel, and metal samples corrosion is enhanced along with proportions of biodiesel in oil mixture increase.Corrosion for 45 days, B0, B10, 50, B100 oil sample of aluminum corrosion rates are 0.13 ‰, 0.28 ‰, 0.33 ‰, 0.41‰ respectively;copper corrosion rates are 0.38 ‰, 0.48 ‰, 0.58 ‰, 0.60 ‰ respectively;iron corrosion rates are 0.30 ‰, 0.39 ‰, 0.66 ‰, 0.91‰ respectively.The corrosion resistance of iron is the worst, copper is the general, aluminum is the strongest.The results could offer consult for deposit, transportation of biodiesel, choice of oil-supplied pipe in diesel engine.
