　　Chitinase-h(Chi-h)is of special interest among insect GH18 chitinases due to its exclusive distribution in lepidopteran insects,one of the most destructive crop pests.Proteomic analysis of insect molting fluid as well as RNAi of SeChi-h from Spodoptera exigua indicating that Chi-h is indispensable for molting.
