机械零件的疲劳可靠性保证是十分重要的,其决定了该机械零件在实际工作中所能承受的实际疲劳强度的大小,对于机械零件的使用寿命影响较大。本文简要分析了对机械零件疲劳强度造成影响的主要因素,并以此为基础探讨了如何解决相关问题,提出保证零件可靠性的具体对策。以期为广大机械零件制造人员实现机械零件的疲劳强度控制提供参考。
