新疆黑果枸杞根际土壤稀有放线菌多样性及抗菌活性研究

  从新疆黑果枸杞根际土壤中分离纯化得到22株稀有放线菌,它们分布于6个放线菌属,包括拟诺卡氏菌属(Nocardiopsis,14株),拟无枝酸菌属(Amycolatopsis,3株),普氏菌属(Prauserella,2株),诺卡氏菌属(Nocardia,1株),乔治菌属(Georgenia,1株)和糖多孢菌属(Saccharopolyspora,1株)。采用6种病原细菌共12个菌株(金黄色葡萄球菌、粪肠球菌、大肠埃希氏菌、铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、鲍曼不动杆菌的敏感株和耐药株)、2种真菌(白色念珠菌、罗伦隐球菌)为检定菌,对22株放线菌发酵液乙酸乙酯萃取浓缩物进行抗菌活性筛选,结果显示6株拟诺卡氏菌株(4GLHGGQ3-1,4MMHGGQ8-1,4BSNHGGQ8-1,4GLHGGQ9-1,3BSNHGGQ4-2和4BSNHGGQ6-1)在至少一个抗菌活性检测中显示为阳性,抗细菌活性主要集中在大肠杆菌敏感和耐药株,肺炎克雷伯菌敏感和耐药株以及罗伦隐球菌。在盐碱环境中,拟诺卡氏菌属菌株呈优势微生物群落被大量分离得到,目前该菌属放线菌已有37个典型种及2个亚种,其中一半以上从盐碱环境中分离得到,其产生的次级代谢产物活性涵盖抗肿瘤,抗菌,细菌群体感应抑制,神经原细胞保护等多个重要方面。以往研究表明拟诺卡氏菌有较强合成活性天然产物能力,是从稀有放线菌中发现微生物药物重要的来源,本研究获得的活性菌株将为具有生物活性次级代谢产物的发现奠定基础。
