The Mandala was introduced into Japan by Kuukai(774～835)from India by way of Chaina.This Mandala can be classified roughly into the Taizoukai Man dala and the Kongokai Mandala.The one of useful for manufactureing,while the other is useful for attack of the another company. Therefore,it.is considered that the Taizoukai mandala system is suitable for the construction of design thought and small-to-medium-sized enterprises,and also the Kongoukai mandala system is suitable for the construction of big manufacturing system.This paper systematically expressed these things.
