海绵中活性成分与大肠杆菌相互作用的研究

建立了微超滤-HPLC 建立了相互作用指纹谱分析方法,以结合率表征海绵中活性成分与大肠杆菌的相互作用,而这种相互作用与活性成分的生物活性相关[1].本文同时通过红外光谱等光谱分析对海绵中具有结合活性的成分进行了初步的定性分析.
