低碳校园:形态测度及其规划路径

  为有效应对全球气候变化,低碳和可持续理念在国际社会广泛认可。对于校园规划来讲,低碳校园应成为构建资源节约型、环境友好型社会的一种有效途径。校园空间形态是各种自然社会经济因素综合作用的一种空间结果,是低碳校园研究的前沿领域。如何测度、评价校园空间形态是当前高校校园规划建设中的热点和难点。本文以低碳校园内涵为切入,建立了一套基于空间形态环境响应机制的指标体系,来评价高校校园形态的环境绩效,及校园形态对低碳校园的影响。文章运用主成分分析,对国内10所高校进行定量研究,得出以下结论:(1)人均建筑总量、人口密度和人均绿地是影响低碳校园形态的主要因素,绿地对低碳校园建设具有重要的正向影响,而学校的吧空间形状、道路面积对低碳校园影响较小。(2)针对上述实证研究结果,本文最后从用地布局、资源利用、增加碳汇等角度提出了低碳校园的规划路径。
