A HILIC-MS/MS method is developed to determine melamine and cyanuric acid in food contact products.Samples were extracted with H2O, 4% acetic acid, 10% ethanol, isooctane and olive oil separately, then kept in 70℃ of incubator for 2 h and filtered with 0.2 μm microporous membrane before injected into the system.Melamine and cyanuric acid were separated, identified and quantitated on HILIC column by gradient mobile phase under the positive/negative electrospray ionization and multiple reaction monitor (MRM) mode.And the migration amount of melamine and cyanuric acid with different simulant solution in samples were detected utilizing the method, and the result was shown in table 1.The concentrations of melamine and cyanuric acid has good linear responses with peak area in the rang of 1-100 ng/mL and 2-200 ng/mL respectively.The detection limit is in the range of 0.4-0.8 ng/mL.The method is so simple, rapid, accurate that it is suitable for the determination of melamine and cyacuric acid in food contact products.
