Introduction : To assess agreement between two 3D CT ventricular volumetry methods with different user interaction in patients with congenital heart disease.Method : In 30 patients with congenital heart disease (median age 8 years, range 5 days-33 years; 20 men), dual-source multi-section ECG-synchronized cardiac CT was performed.Right and left ventricular volumes (23 right ventricle end-diastolic volumes, 5 right ventricle end-systolic volumes; 27 left ventricle end-diastolic volumes, 4 left ventricle end-systolic volumes) were calculated with two different methods using semi-automated 3D segmentation but different user interaction. The calculated ventricular volumes were compared and correlated between the two methods.A p-value < 0.05 was considered significant.
