　　Objective:To compare the effects of Fuwai Modified Solution (FWM),Histidine-Tryptophan-Ketoglurate Solution (HTK) and University of Wisconsin Solution (UW) for heart preservation in an isolated rat hearts preparation.Methods:We randomly divided male Wistar rats (n =20) to 4 groups:FWM,HTK,UW and Control.All hearts,except control hearts were preserved by cold storage (6 hours,4℃C) in various solutions.We used isolated non-working-heart preparation to assess quality of heart preservation.
