BACKGROUND Elevated homocysteine (Hcy) level may play a role in the development of hypertension.Telomere dynamics provide valuable insights into the pathogenesis of aging-related diseases.We examined the contribution of Hcy to the shortening of leukocyte telomere length (LTL) in hypertension and the underlying mechanism.MEHTODS LTL was determined by qPCR in circulating leukocytes of 258 patients with hypertension [195 with hyperhomocysteinemia (Hcy level ≥10.0 mol/L)],and 137 sex- and age-matched healthy controls.Data on lipid levels and traditional hypertension risk factors were obtained at baseline.

目的 比较腹腔血与静脉血血型抗体效价,探讨用腹腔血进行交叉配血的可行性.方法 用试管法和微柱凝胶法对40 名患者腹腔血及其静脉血进行IgM、IgG 血型抗体效价测定.结果.试管法所测静脉血IgM 抗-A、抗-B 效价分别有19 例和20 例高于腹腔血,微柱凝胶法所测静脉血IgM 抗-A、抗-B 效价分别有13 例和14 例高于腹腔血.
