  [引言]荧光被广泛的应用于各中领域。尽管荧光检测被认为是一种有效的分析手段,但是大量的工作仍然集中于如何进一步提高其检测灵敏度。本研究采用纳米孔阳极氧化铝(PAA)/金属铝(Al)双层结构的纳米孔光波导(NPWG)结构对吸附在纳米孔表面上的荧光标记的牛血清蛋白(BSA-AF)的荧光强度的增强做了探讨。
