目的 总结12 例体外膜肺氧合与连续肾替代疗法联合治疗病人的护理 方法 回顾分析2015 年1 月1 日至2016 年2 月1 日对12 例病人进行了ECMO 联合CRRT 的病人资料 结果 护理过程中需要保证ECMO 管道在理想的位置,监测病人出凝血的指标,观察病人全身的氧合情况,尤其是股静脉穿刺的下肢和头颈部的血流灌注,借助于CRRT 做好液体管理,维持理想的灌注压.
