Cell-free protein synthesis has become a valuable tool for understanding and analyzing the translation of genetic information into protein molecules.Moreover,due to its outstanding flexibility,simplicity and throughput,this technique is drawing attention to itself as an alternative tool for the genome wide translation of genetic information.While conventional cell-free systems suffer from unacceptably low productivity,the development of different reaction schemes in recent years has enabled the production of milligram levels of proteins.
