Since the discovery of anthranilic diamide, most of the modifications were reported.Dihydroquinazolinone moiety as an efficient pharmacophore was extensively used in pesticide and drug molecule design.Until now, anthranilic diamides containing 2,3-dihydroquinazoline structure have not been reported yet.To further study the role of the amine bridge moiety played in the biological activities, a series of compounds which have dihydroquinazolinone moiety was synthesized.
