  Functional porous hybrid silica as separation medium can be synthesized, using APTES and TEOS as reactive monomer, and CTAB as template at the presence of ammonia at the constant temperature.Through measurements of FTIR, SEM and pore structure tests, effects of reactants ratio, pH value on the structure of the obtained material are studied.When the ratio of APTES to TEOS is 2 to5 and the pH value of reaction solution is 10 the optimized reaction conditions have been obtained.The composition of electroplating additive are analyzed by HPLC, using self-made silica monolithic column to separate benzylideneacetone and o-chlorotoluene, which are the main compositions in electroplating additive.
