Defects in ferroelectric materials play an important role in their properties of leakage current,ferroelectric and piezoelectric properties.As well as we known,the evaporation of Bi from the melt and crystal surface at high temperature will produce lots of Bi vacancies.Oxygen vacancies form due to the charge compensation.
