  The rude and pure laccase from Amanita verna and the strain Amanita verna were used to react with azo dyes direct black G.This paper studied effects of the dye cultivating time temperature,pH value and concentration of dye on decoloring capability.The results showed that the dye could react completely with the rude laccase during 1 hour for direct black G.The character absorbance spectra (650 nm) disappeared.The optimal temperature of the rude laccase was 50℃,and pH value was 4.5 and the decolorization rate was high when the range of the pH value was between 3.6-4.8.The increase of the concentration of dye is good for the increase of decolorization rate,but it didnt increase when it reached 90mg/L.
