雷公藤内生放线菌多样性及活性评价

植物内生菌物种丰富、代谢产物结构类型多样,是寻找新活性物质的重要来源.从昆明、楚雄和大理等地的10份雷公藤样品(春、秋各5份)中获得了238株内生放线菌,经16S rRNA基因序列分析,其分布于8个亚目14个科17个属(Streptomyces、Nocardiopsis、Nocardiopsis、 Pseudonocardia、Nocardioides、Micromonospora、Brevibacterium、Microbacterium、Arthrobacter、Kocuria、Nesterenkonia、Stackebrandtia、Mycobacterium、Gordonia、Nocardia、Dietzia、Rhodococcus),包括1个新分类单元.
