@@ Cervical cancer is one of the most common CanCelS worldwide.Epidemiologic and molecular evidence has demonstrated that high-risk human papillomaviruses(HPVs)are the main etiologic agenm in the progression of cervical cancer, with at least 90%of cervical carcinomas harboring HPV DNA.E6 and E7 genes encode the major HPV oncoproteins. The E7 protein of high一risk HPV types disturbs cell cycle control and down—regulates components of the antigen presentation pathway, suggesting a role for E7 in tumor immune evasion. This study was aimed to determine whether HPV.1 6 E7 DNA load and expression ofHLA class l was correlated in cervical lesions(cervicitis, CIN, cervical squamous carcinomas and adenocarcinoma samples),We also study these molecular evidences in HPV-16E7-transfected cells
